Production Experience
Denise’s extensive 12-year journey in production began with her first show in Santa Clarita, where she was encouraged to shadow the senior writers and to immerse herself in the fundamentals of producing.
As she rose through the writing ranks, Denise produced her own episodes and those of her colleagues in key production hubs such as Albuquerque, New Orleans, and Vancouver.
This hands-on experience honed her ability to collaborate effectively with directors, actors, and department heads while sharpening her skills in problem-solving, last-minute rewrites, and ensuring the seamless integration of narrative and performance.
Her time on set has also given her a producer’s eye, allowing her to craft scripts that are as producible as they are compelling.
